Squad sessions are by invitation only.

Open sessions are only for ages 16 and over and are not instructor led classes.

All classes are for both sexes and mixed ability.

Beginners and new members welcome.

Under 10’s Boxing

For ages 6 – 9yrs boys and girls

Wednesday 6 – 7pm

From beginners upwards we offer infant boxers the chance to learn new skills, make new friends and have fun. From improving strength and fitness levels, the infant boxers are given the guidance and encouragement to achieve as many levels as they’re capable of and medals are awarded for the most improved at the end of each session.

Infant boxers will need to have a consent form filled out by their parent or guardian and the session cost. They should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise and bring a bottle of water with them. Parents are able to stay and watch if they want to but no food or high heels in the gym please.

Junior Boxing

For ages 10 – 16yrs boys and girls

Monday 6.30 – 7.30pm and Wednesday 7 – 8pm

From beginners upwards we offer junior boxers the chance to learn new skills, make new friends and have fun. Under the guidance of our fully qualified coaches our junior boxers have the opportunity to flourish, develop and be the best they can be. From improving strength and fitness levels to gaining the skills to start sparring and competing should they wish to, the junior boxers are given the guidance and encouragement to achieve their goals.

Junior boxers will need to have a consent form filled out correctly by their parent or guardian and their session cost before they are able to join in with the training sessions. They should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise and bring a bottle of water with them.

SEnior Boxing

For ages 17yrs and over

Monday 7.30 – 9.00pm, Wednesday 8 – 9.30pm

Our senior boxers will be taken through their paces to improve their fitness and boxing skills. Whether boxing for fun or with the aim of competing, our fully trained instructors will guide you through your journey so you can achieve your personal goals and more.

Senior boxers will need to have correctly filled out a club membership and consent form and session cost before they are able to join in with the training sessions. They should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise and bring a bottle of water with them.

The boxing gym is available for hire

Ideal for Personal Trainers or small combat style classes this fully equipped boxing gym is available to hire privately.

The Chickbox
